Shipping

All orders are shipped either by USPS, UPS Ground or FedEx Ground unless otherwise requested by purchaser. Shipping charges related to packages being shipped faster than ground will be added. Please take note to the below conditions for shipping:

  • We Ship to Contiguous U.S. states only.
  • Does not guarantee Saturday delivery.
  • Does not apply to past purchases.
  • Excluding Fishing Rods, Orders $75.00 and Over are Shipped Free.
  • One piece fishing rod packaging is considered "Over-sized" and will have additional shipping cost of $19.95.

How long does shipping take?

Excluding Fishing Rods due they are built to order, All items listed on the Jack-Em Rods and Fishing web site have a targeted time frame of being shipped of 2 business days. If you need any order quicker, please contact us.

How will my order be shipped?

We primarily use USPS Mail. But your order may also be delivered by standard FED EX or UPS Ground Service at the discretion of Jack-Em Rods and Fishing. Standard delivery will be 3-7 business days from the time of shipment. You may receive multiple packages per order.

Ship to more than one address?

We can not ship to multiple addresses. Everything in a single order must be shipped to the same address. If you want items shipped to separate addresses (as gifts, for example), you will need to place a separate order for each address.

I only received part of my order

We will ship partial orders in the event all products are not available. Once the remaining products are available, they will be shipped at no extra cost. Also, depending on the order, it is not uncommon to have two or more packages for one order. Make sure to check the latest shipping notes on your order status page for the most current shipping information.

Can I change or add to my order after it has been submitted?

We begin processing your order as soon as you submit it. Once your order has been submitted we are unable to make any changes to the order. Carefully review your order before clicking on the final check out button. We apologize for any inconvenience.

Will I receive an order confirmation by email?

We will email you an order receipt immediately after you submit your order. Plus, we will send you email updates as your order goes throughout the process and gets shipped. If you are not receiving our emails, it was either accidentally typed at check out or misplaced in your spam filter. Please check any spam filters you have in place first and then feel free to contact us.

How do I get a tracking number?

All available tracking numbers for your order will be posted on the order status page.

What is our policy on returns?

If an item you ordered from Jack-Em Rods and Fishing does not meet your expectations, you can return it within 30 days of receiving it. Just contact us with your name, order number and item(s) you wish to return. We will reply shortly with the return instructions.

If you were sent an incorrect item or you received an item damaged during shipping, we will issue a credit for any applicable shipping charges. Otherwise, return charges are at the expense of the purchaser.

Your credit card will be credited once the item is received and restocked into our inventories. No restocking fees. Credits will be done the same day the return is received.

What is our policy on exchanges?

You have 30 days to exchange any items purchased from Jack-Em Rods and Fishing. The item must be unopened and unused. The customer is responsible for the shipping back to Jack-Em Rods and Fishing and the shipping to get the exchanged products back to you

What is our policy on back orders?

All items are normally made to order. There are times when we need to re-order supplies which will cause a delay in delivering products. These products will be labeled as Back-Ordered and shipped to you as soon as possible without any extra shipping charges.
