We are offering free ground shipping on any order over $65.00. Details include:

  • Contiguous U.S. states only.
  • Does not include Saturday delivery.
  • Does not apply to past purchases.
  • One piece fishing rods packaging is considered "Over-sized" and will have additional shipping cost of $9.95.

How long does shipping take?

All items listed on the Jack-Em Rods and Fishing web site have a targeted shipping time frame of 2 business days. We also offer many products that are fulfilled by manufacturers directly. These items ship at various time frames dependent upon the manufacturer shipping policy. Please refer to their product pages to see their average lead time for shipping. If you need any order quicker, please contact us.

How will my order be shipped?

We primarily use USPS Priority Mail. But your order may also be delivered by standard FED EX or UPS Ground Service at the discretion of Jack-Em Rods and Fishing. Standard delivery will be 3-7 business days from the time of shipment. You may receive multiple packages per order.

Ship to more than one address?

We can not ship to multiple addresses. Everything in a single order must be shipped to the same address. If you want items shipped to separate addresses (as gifts, for example), you will need to place a separate order for each address.

I only received part of my order

We use a network of vendors for fulfillment, it is not uncommon to have two or more packages for one order. Make sure to check the latest shipping notes on your order status page for the most current shipping information.

Can I change or add to my order after it has been submitted?

We begin processing your order as soon as you submit it. Once your order has been submitted we are unable to make any changes to the order. Carefully review your order before clicking on the final check out button. We apologize for any inconvenience.

Will I receive an order confirmation by email?

We will email you an order receipt immediately after you submit your order. Plus, we will send you email updates as your order gets shipped. If you are not receiving our emails, it was either accidentally typed at check out or misplaced in your spam filter. Please check any spam filters you have in place first and then feel free to contact us.

How do I get a tracking number?

All available tracking numbers for your order will be posted on the order status page.

What is our policy on returns?

If an item you ordered from Jack-Em Rods and Fishing does not meet your expectations, you can return it within 30 days of receiving it. Just contact us with your name, order number and item(s) you wish to return. We will reply shortly with the return instructions.

If you were sent an incorrect item or you received an item damaged during shipping, we will issue a credit for any applicable shipping charges. Otherwise, return charges are at the expense of the purchaser.

Your credit card will be credited once the item is received and restocked into our inventories. No restocking fees. Credits will be done the same day the return is received.

What is our policy on exchanges?

You have 30 days to exchange any items purchased from the LBF website. The item must be unopened and unused. The customer is responsible for the shipping back to LBF and the shipping to get the exchanged products back to you

What is our policy on back orders?

All items are normally stocked merchandise unless otherwise marked. With on-site sales, phone sales and Internet sales, there is no way to fully have an "on hand" count of merchandise. So once in a while, these regular stocked items may have to be back ordered. If that is the case, we will ship you what is in stock, and send you the rest when it arrives, at no extra cost to you.
